| Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van een weekend weg in Brugge. De mensen van het Hotel waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hierdoor was ons verblijf zeer de moeite waard. We raden onze vrienden dit hotel zeker aan!!

Nog van harte bedankt voor zo gezellig samenzijn.
We hebben een heerlijke middag doorgebracht in uw zo gezellig Pannenhuis( wie heeft die zo mooie naam bedacht?)
De tafel wwas buitengewoon verzorgd:onze jacobsschelpen waren zeer verfijnd en de fazant,zo een lekkere heb ik sinds lang niet meeer geproefd.Ook de wijnen die Michel ons heeft voorgesteld waren prima.
Bij het aperitief heeft de champagne me zeer gecharmeerd;is het mogelijk naam,adres en telefoonnummer van de producent te bekomen?
Ogmaals onze beste dank voor het goede onthaal en tot de volgende keer.

| Définition d'un merveilleux Week-end
Téléphoner, ou réserver par mail a l'hôtel.
A notre arrivée nous sommes accueillis avec sourires et chaleur.
Une présentation rapide de la région ainsi que des lieux et manifestations à voir, avant de nous conduire dans notre chambre très confortable.
Après une promenade une pose sur la terrasse à déguster une bière Belge (quel bonheur).
Vient l'heure du dîner, c'est un moment a ne pas rater tant le service en stylé et toujours plein d'attentions pour les convives.
Pour résumer Colette et moi avons passé un séjour de Pentecôte (2009)que nous ne sommes pas prés d'oublier.
Un grand merci à toute l'ÉQUIPE de l'hôtel pour ce week-end

Juste un petit mail pour vous dire que l'on a passé un SUPER we grâce en
grande partie à votre hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance de venir pendant la
braderie donc Bruges sans voiture ! et le soleil était au rendez vous.
Tous les ingrédients pour réussir un we en amoureux.
Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de votre magnifique
jardin, votre salle de restaurant nous a donné tout de suite l'envie de
réserver pour le soir un dîner en tête à tête. Le repas était parfait
ainsi que le vin.
La gentillesse de votre personnel nous a touché.
Je vais faire beaucoup de publicité. je pense déjà offrir à mes parents
(pour leur anniversaire de mariage) un we à Bruges dans votre hôtel.

Just a brief note to tell you that my wife and I have visited 'La Gourmandine' at Nassogne where we were well received by Joëlle and Paul Fourier. The evening meal was the occasion of my 70th birthday and the food was excellent as well as the service and décor....an evening to remember.
I am sorry that our schedule this year was too tight to permit a stay at the Pannenhuis, though this was a subject for conversation with M. Fourier at the dinner-table.

"This comfortable 3 star hotel offers a personal welcome, quality
accommodation, regional cooking with the chef’s specialities, and excellent
value. The hotel was once the grand office of a law practice, and the lobby
is appropriately spacious and impressive, with an enormous open hearth. Off
the lobby is a comfortable bar and also a cosy lounge with TV. Wood is much
in evidence, and the ceilings have exposed beams. A large wooden staircase
leads to the first floor. There are 19 rooms, all with bath/shower room, WC,
TV, minibar, double glazing and telephone. All rooms are different, but all
share the same degree of attention to detail, and are well-furnished, many
in an antique style. They vary in size from large or medium sized. The
Pannenhuis has the benfit of lovely large gardens with a water feature and
sun-terrace. There are further rooms in an annex in the garden. The very
comfortable, large and traditional restaurant is situated at the rear of the
hotel overlooking the large gardens. The hotel is proud of its gastronomy
which features fish and lobster specialities. There is plenty of free
parking space in the hotel grounds, a real plus so close to the old town.
The Hostellerie Pannenhuis enjoys a unique quiet situation, in a residential
street just outside the inner ring road. It's about a 20 minute walk to the
Market Square, and the old town begins just a 10 minute walk away. The free
parking and the easy to find location, with easy access to the old town,
makes this hotel especially good for motorists."

| we waren zeer tevreden met dit toch wel unieke waterbedarrangement. goed comfort is in het hotel van toepassing en een zeer goede bediening.
zeer lekker eten en vooral eerder gastronomisch getint.
de aangepaste wijnen bij het menu waren door de uitbater van het hotel voorgesteld en waren exellent.
kortom een perfect verblijf en gastvriendelijk.
parking is aanwezig en geeft je de nodige gerustgesteldheid om je wagen achter te laten
